Here is one of my favorite ways to fix Brie as an appetizer

Jalapeno Baked Brie

2 4 oz. Pkgs Crescent Rolls
1 8 oz.Wheel of Brie Cheese
2 (or More) Tblspns Of Tabassco Green Pepper Sauce
1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven 375 deg.Work crescent dough into a thin circle, big enough to wrap Brie.Put Brie in center of dough. With a fork poke several holes in top of cheese. Pour 1 tblsp.tabassco over holes and let it sink in.

Add rest of Tabassco, poking a few more holes, some will run out. Fold dough over top of cheese. Brush with egg to help seal edges.

Bake about 10 min, don't overbake, but make sure dough is nice and brown. Eat with crackers.

Where is the jalapeno introduced?

We, too, love our baked brie (and we're "carrying" on our MH trip next week).

The Green Tabassco is the jalepeno flavored one. Now I suppose if you are really brave you could try the Habenero Tabassco that would really make the brie spicy!
