We have a 22CB Lite and have had just minor fit and finish problems. After going through numerous TT at shows I think all manufacturers have their problems.

Do a search, no eles has near as many as Thor/Tahoe. Cross your fingers that your minor problems don't turn into larger, even life threating, ones, as many of us had. Just say your prayers everynight that nothing happens that could effect the safety of your family!

Thor does have quality problems. My 1999 Tahoe Lite 19UT was crap. Front window leaked and we couldn't find the source. Dealer took it back on trade for a Nomad. LOVE the Nomad - VERY high quality rig!!!

I recently purchased an Adirondack 32 ft. made by Thor. It is an up scale Aerolite. I to had some problems that the dealer is now working on such as 3 window leaks, kitchen drawer problems and no appliance manuals or warranty cards to the unit. I was told that if i want manuals, then i would have to download them from their web site. Imagine telling your customer to download his own manuals! Also what is appalling is that they have no toll free number to call customer service so it's all on your own dime and then some of their own people don't even know what their talking about when you ask them questions.
I have been fortunate with my dealer in helping to get things taken care of under warranty but even they get frustrated with Thors lack of customer service in getting parts sent to them.
My previous TTs were Sunline's and with each one, i had no problems ever with them and they truly know what customer service is, it's 5 star all the way, something Thor needs to guide their own business with.
I couldn't go back to a Sunline because their slides are to heavy for me to pull so i decided to go with the Adirondack because at 32 ft. it was very lightweight. However if i could have, i would have stayed with Sunline. They just can't be beat in quality and performance.
Thor had better get their act together or they will surely fade into obscurity and i hope their reading this. Get with the program!
