How about some good old Spam recipes from you RV chefs? I'll even start it.

Spam Kabobs

1 can of cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can new potatos
1 jar pepperoncini
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

On a bambo skewer alternate spam, potato, pepper until full.
Brown on grill and brush on BBQ sauce.
Pull everything off the skewer and throw in trash.
Eat the skewer as it will taste better than the Spam.

In the war in England Spam was one of the few tasty things one had to eat. With thanks to the US sending food to Britain we ate a lot of it. My Mother had to try and make interesting meals with it and one was to make a thick batter, cut the spam in slices and dip it in the batter and fry it. I still like it but the diet dosn't.

I love Spam. Try this. It's quick and easy.

A can of spam, chopped up in little cubes,
half an onion cut up. Fry for a little bit your spam and onion in your skillet and pour in a can of blackeyed peas and simmer for 20 or 30 minutes. Add salt, pepper, or whatever to taste. Been eatin this stuff for years and love it. And very little mess.
