Hey, this is a good one. I think I can even do this. My cooking has always been done by the deli in Wal-Mart, etc. Thanks.

Make this with strawberry Jello as Butterfly Girl describes.
Cool the mixture BEFORE pouring it into the pie shell, but don't let it set. Stir it gently and fold in strawberry-flavored Cool Whip and pour it into the pie shell. Serve it with sliced berries.
Or, use the berries to line the pan as described. Good idea.

this cheesecake falvor dessert is similar to the first one.

In glass measuring cup, put about 2-3 tbsp lite cream cheese. Fill to 2 cup mark with milk. Put in blender and puree til smooth. Rinse cup. Add water to 1/2 cup mark, boil in microwave. Add 1 box of SF lemon jello, stir. Add cold water to 1 cup mark, stir. Add skim milk to 1 1/2 cup mark. Place in blender wtih other mixture, blend. Add 1 box SF white chocolate instant pudding, blend, pour in to serving dishes, pie crust or tart crusts. Voila no guilt cheesecake. I put some blueberries in the dessert dishes when i put the pudding/jello mixture in.

Chocolate. Any kind. I guess I am just a chocaholic.

I'm not a cookie or ice cream eater. I just want chocolate. I don't care how I get it, as long as I get chocolate.

Try the cheesecake mixes. You can make them whenever you feel like it and they aren't bad. Bring your shell too and pie filling if you want a topping.

Hey it don't get any easier then this!

Cherry Cheesecake
No Bake

4 ½ oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
½ Cup sugar
9” graham cracker pie crust (make your own or ready made)
1 Cup canned cherry pie filling

Beat Cream cheese until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip and sugar, pour into piecrust. Top with Cherry pie filling. Chill for several hours before serving.

Optional toppings try different pie fillings.

Or spoon canned sliced fruit on cut wedges just before serving.

Some times I beat the cherry pie filling in with the cream cheese and then hand mix in some chocolate chips for a cherry chocolate cheesecake

Thanks. I had been looking for something to do with that bag of frozen blueberries in my coach's freezer! I just happened to have all of the ingredients on hand, and whipped up a batch last night. Yummm.
