Made this for a Crawfish Boil we are having today. Actually made two cause we ate the first one.
1 box chocolate cake mix (devils food)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar carmel syrup
1 large bowl cool whip
1 block cream cheese
4 Heath candy bars (crushed)
Prepare cake as directed on package. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan.
When cake is done and still hot, poke holes in it. Pour condensed milk over cake. Then pour carmel syrup. Sprinkle 1/2 of the candy pieces and refridgerate. When chilled, mix coolwhip and cream cheese together. Spread the mix over the cake.Top with remaining candy pieces and keep cold until reaky to serve.

Cajun Cook, That sounds great. If I wasn't a diabetic, I would make it this morning. I can't see any substitutes I could use, so I'll just have to pass on it.

I have had this cake before but without the cream cheese. That sounds so good. What kind of caramel sauce do you use? The ice cream topping type? Also have you made it with the chocolate flavored condensed milk or just the regular?

Oh my goodness, I'll go off my diet for that one. Sounds delicious.
Don't tell Heathertee about it, she'll go off her diet too.

Yes, it is the ice cream topping caramel, never heard or seen the chocolate flavored condensed. We use the eagle brand, and I just got back from my crawfish boil,(120 lbs. 10 lbs. potatoes, and 24 ears of corn. The cake almost made a whole pass!! but when my brother in law got it he wiped it out.
