Does anyone remember the post a while back from one of us cleaning the slats in the furnace burner? I know I need to do this, I'm just looking for the pictures to know 'what' I'm looking at, and more importantly, how to take apart the furnace efficiently.

Thanks...

Yeah, it was me. Let me find the manual and the photos...

EDIT: here's one photo:

Do you have a Coleman or Suburban furnace?

Awesome, thats the image I vaguely remember. I have a Suburban, NT24 (4 ducts)I think. Just looking at your photo makes me think yours is quite a bit different. I've found a couple manuals, but no parts explosion. I've found a number of references to cleaning the burners, but everything seems to then tell you to bring it to a tech... Nothing about remove a, then b, then c, etc.

Thanks Leeann

Mine's a Coleman, so different.

Try these:

Yes and no... I still need to connect the dots a little... Thanks, for the links Leeann, you're getting me closer, I probaly just need to have the furnace in from of me at this point.

BTW... I tried and I tried, we had an off racing weekend and everything, couldn't get my dad to the nationals this summer.

It's okay, we weren't there either. In fact, our first racing weekend will be the last, at the beginning of October.

We need to get the new brake booster and master cylinder installed first (yep, the seals in the master cylinder went bad and that's what took out the booster).

Hi everyone. I've got a question for you. How do I go about rescreening my windows? Do I have to take the window out of the RV, then split the window at the seam on the end, or pry the screen frame out of the window frame, or something else? My old dogs just scratched the screen so bad that they need to be replaced on the two big side windows & I can't figure out what to do to save my life . Thanks in advance. Jerry

On my rig the screen comes out separately. I can push up or down on the screen frame (depending on the window) and have just enough movement to take the screen out. I don't know if you have the same windows, but it shouldn't be too hard.

You can use a screw driver to pry real easy and lift the bottom end out of the track, Be careful not to bend the screen frame, Good luck.
