my children are coming over sunday for lunch. i promised them my meat and bean crock pot dish, green beans, and corn bread. I can't find my meat - bean recipe. i remember i used one pound of ground beef and one pound of ground italitian sausage, plus some assorted cans of beans and some spices. P L E A S E does somebody have a similar recipe? I have also lost my grandmothers recipe for her fudge or fudge icing. I also remember that i used bakers chocolate, sugar, butter and vanila extrac. also cooked it to a solf ball. does anybody have a similar recipe for this. plan on making the fudge and when it is almost hard, to pour it over a thick mixture of graham cracker crust (allready baked) and then cut into squares. found several recipes on internet but none that i like. all help very much apprciated. safe trip. bobby

You are lucky today, I am posting the all time, greatest,fantastic, quickest, pork and bean recipe from my (cajun microwave) CD. Well at least I think it is, Ha Ha. Danny
2 large cans of Pork N Beans.
1 lb.ground beef lean.
8 slices of bacon cut in half.
2 tlbs.prepared mustard.
2 tlbs.jalepeno peppers (opt.)
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1/2 chopped bell pepper.
1/4 cup ketchup.
2 tbls. worcestershire sauce.
Brown and drain ground beef and bacon.
Add peppers and cook 10 min. longer.
Add beans, mustard, and brown sugar,Ketchup and worcestershire.
Heat on low stirring occasionally for 30 min.
