My wife is especially fond of toasting marshmallows whenever we camp. This is usually a long, drawn out process that can take about an hour to get the coal fire exactly right. On our last trip, we tried something different for fun, and dipped a marshmallow into Bailey's prior to toasting it. While it sounds kind of odd, it actually tasted quite good. Other people who were camping with us also thought it was pretty tasty. While I realize this isn't truly culinary, I thought I'd post it in case anyone's interested.

PS Don't try this with tequila…

Hmmm...wouldn't it be less wasteful and just as good, to put the hot toasted marshmallow into the small glass of Bailey's? or Kaluah? or Godiva chocolate liqueur? YUM!

Mychrissy, are you listening? LOL.
