No mess, no fuss
This one is just an easy no fuss corn pudding for two, camper style.
1 can creamed corn
pour corn into small throw away alumunium pan. A bread shape works well
break 2 small or one large egg into the empty can
whip with a fork
add about 1 tbs each flour and sugar, salt, pepper to taste, some melted butter, whip again
fill the rest of the can with milk or cream
pour into the pan
whip again with fork
bake at 350 until brown on top and firm
throw the can away, throw pan away
PS: If you used a plastic fork, throw that away also...smile
It is not fancy, but I volunter to do the dishes.
