I've used Braun, Remington and Norelco. For me, it's Panasonic as the hands down best.
My Pansonic is waterproof, and after every use I put a little dab of liquid soap on the screen and let it foam up, then rinse it out under the faucet. It has kept from clogging up with hair dust like all of my other ones for several years now.

Perhaps other makers have now managed similar construction, and the new Braun screen design looks interesting, but for now I'll stay with my Panasonic.

I told this to my Stepfather ( another electric user, tried 'em all ) and he's very happy with his.

Also, don't hesitate to spend money on a good electric. They're pricey, but they're cheaper than replacement razor cartridges in the long run, and the higher quality is worth the $$$, whatever brand you buy.

I have used Norelco Triple Headers (junk as far as I am concerned) Braun Strait (ok if you don't mind the pullin) and as for me, it will be the Remington Microscreen Titanium fro now on. Switch to Remington about 10 years ago and it is the best and closest shave ever. Getting a new replacement from Santa this year I hope. Be sure it is the cordless rechargeable kind, what ever you decide.

I use a Braun with the auto clean-up station and auto charge. Great product. Both WalMart and Target carry Braun here in El Paso. Replacement parts can be purchased at the stores also.

I have never used one of the other kind, so I have nothing to comapre it to.
