Here is something we made this year. Although pecans are pricey this year, we love them fixed about any way so we tried this one.

Spicey Pecans

4 cups pecan halves
1/4 cup melted butter (margarine)
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon red pepper
2 tablespoons cajun spice
1 teaspoon of salt

Mix dry ingredents with melted butter and stir. Add pecans and stir until all are coated. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy. You can adjust any of the spices to your taste, I added the cajun spice and I like them better. These go great with a couple of beers watching the big game also.
