We bought our MH from Western Motor Coach in Fife. DON'T GO THERE!! Long story, they kept rig 105 days out of first 313, stuff was stolen and not replaced, storage bay door was supposed to be repaired, it wasn't and we lost a new set of air tools, all they said was "it happens". Took me over a year to get a TV/VCR combo they promised me if I bought a MH there, shoddy workmanship that the factory had to redo, etc....

We have been going to Western Motorcoach since we moved here last year. They were better than what we had been using in Texas but still slow. So, we are shopping around for service. Thanks for the info. Will check into Uhlman, Great American and of course Camping World

It might matter! Some dealers will only service the brands they sell, especially if it is warranty work, and some may put you on the bottom of the service line if you didn't buy from them.

I'll second and third that! story too long to tell but WMC is not the place I'd recommend to anyone- except for some people who like that dog & pony local dealer show.

Nedra, get rid of the idea that you need a dealer to service your rig, call your manufacture and ask if they authorize independants to do work & if it is out of warranty let your fingers do the walking. Many mobile independants are ex- dealer service techs who are very good- and you get them to come to you and that way you will see how your moneys being spent.
Also Camping World isn't always the cheapest but they are growing cause people feel like they at least get fair treatment by the service dept.
Try WhiteRiver RV in Buckly,Wa they are a small clean RV repair shop and are the most nicest people around. They don't gouge you and do a great job. I'v
had them do warranty work on appliances and electrical that other dealers stay away from.
