My family and friends loves to fix there scrambled eggs this way. Cook just the eggs or add your favorite ingredients. My son likes to add some green onions and some grated cheese. Possibility are endless. It's fun to hand your friends and family a foil pouch and have them fix there own breakfast.

Foiled Eggs

Eggs scrambled**
Aluminum foil
Pam
salt and pepper

Make a foil pouch and spray the inside with Pam, add scrambled eggs. Fold up foil and cook over BBQ on medium heat 5-10 min or until done. And easy way to tell if they are done is when the foil puffs up big and the eggs don't move around anymore. If adding hashbrowns, sausage, etc. You may need to cook a little longer. I have done this over the coals on a campfire and it works great too.

**I scramble eggs up in a bowl with a little water and use 2/3 cup of eggs for each pouch. That's about 2 eggs scrambled. You could use more but add more cooking time.

Sounds a lot like the boil-in-a-bag eggs that we do on camp outs.....except that for just a few people you don't need the big pot of boiling water......

Yes, just like the boiling method. I have done it both ways and I like the foil method better. I think the eggs are more tender the foil way.
