I used Microsoft Picture Manager. Had to play with it some. JMHO

I use Irfanview. Neat little program that does the job.

It comes with every version of Windows ...
MicroSoft PhotoEditor.
You need to dig for it on your computer ...
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Photo Editor
Copy the photoed.exe program and past as a "SHORT CUT" on your desktop. DO NOT do just a paste!!!
