WOW!, gone a couple days and come back to find, babies, burgers, brats and birds.

I have enjoyed trees, trails and towhees.

Even saw fuel prices, forest fires, flowers and even a feline or two.

Great pictures by all. thanks for sharing.

Thanks Don!

Great photos all! Difficult to keep up.

So many fabulous bird photos, need to balance out with a kitty pix or two.

That is King who was going to be boarded since he needs Insulin shots twice a day but at last minute
the thought of him being kenneled for two whole weeks was unbearable for us.
So we took him with us and it worked out pretty good -- well except for our last day out
when he heard my SILs voice and ran and hid, trapping himself behind the bed in the mechanism chamber section.
Took at least 45 minutes to get him out!

I think he has the sweetest kitty face.

Tuli - So glad King stayed healthy during the trip! You're right, he does have a nice kitty-face. :-)

Rubi - Your lovely best friend and LoveBug is as lovely as ever! She hasn't changed a bit in almost 3 years. Would she share her secrets for staying so lovely?

Great photos everyone! Here is my contribution for today. I think it is a Spotted Towhee. We are on the coast in northern Oregon.

Jim - Where on the OR Coast are you? We're at Fort Stevens (Astoria) - heading for home Friday a.m.

Beautiful picture you got of a beautiful bird!

Thanks for all the nice comments everyone.
