On Friday night I went to the races, it is a small (1/4 Mile) dirt track that usually runs Sprints, IMCA modifieds, Claimers, and street stocks.

Nice shot! Interesting composition and lighting of the subject.

I looked at your galley and you have some really nice, 'rust' shots. I also found one pup and one cat, of course those are my favorite !!
Katz

Nice pictures!

I'm waiting to see how the new Sigma 150-500mm shakes out in the reviews. Not the fastest piece of glass in the world (f/5-6.3), but it does have Sigma's optical stabilization and that helps if you want to hand hold.
Or... hit the lottery and buy the Sigma 200-500mm f/2.8 for only $25k!
B&H says the Sigma 200-500 f/2.8 will be available in July, so you have time to save up.

Your picture is the best looking "rust" here. I might even go so far as to say...the only good looking rust.
Interesting and clever.....
