Well ,,, the better news is, you didn't have to siphon 30 or 40 gallons of fuel off!
Congrats on getting it fixed.
Time to go camping.

Hey Gang, I know this was discussed fairly recently, but the search engine leaves me too many pages to search, 'cause it doesn't limit itself to this thread.
Anyway, what size tires do we have??? My 2005 213 has about 22k miles and I'm starting to be concerned. There's some dryness on the sides, but the tread is very sound, with no cracks.

OEM but good tires. Get some tire cover........, and use pixie dust beads for balancing

cheeze1 - Hi "cheeze1". The size of tires on my unit are LT225/75R-16. They were load range C, but I had load range E installed last fall. Put on Firestone Transforce HT for $155 each for 6 including tax, recycling fee, mounting, and balancing. The old Generals were still in great shape, but I was concerned about the age - going on 10 years. I had no weather checking on the sidewalls, but my RV is stored indoors except when on the road.
I only had about 40,000 miles on them - could have easily gone another 20,000. I think I got a better price on my new ones as the "tire store" saw potential in re-selling the old ones for $20 each or so. This "tire store" is in a former gas station for the last 50 years. His father ran the place, now it is the son helped by grandson. If you are ever out this way, I would be happy to introduce you to Joe.

Hey Gene, just wanted to let you know I'm still working on the gas fill issue and also I was wrong on the model of my unit. It is a M213. Not sure how I come up with a 210. DUH!!! Don't seem to have much traffic here lately so sure hope these post don't die out. I myself really enjoy these forums. Anyhow when I get my fuel fill issued resolved I will post the results. TC all

SteveL 1948 - You might want to post your response here as well. Many of the RVision Trail-Lite owners will look here when encountering a problem. I provide a link HERE.

Gene - I did finally check the fuel fill tube and everything looks good except from what I can tell the manufacturer might have put to small of fill pipe on it. Looks like maybe 1 1/2 inch pipe and most I ever seen was probably 2 to 3 inch in diameter.
