SORRY NO PETS IN THE GROUP ROOM
So on Friday bring your crock pot full of something warm and tasty, be it chili, soup, stew or whatever you think tastes good cooked in a crock pot. We will all vote for the tastiest dish and the winner (he or she) will be awarded a prize. Crock pots will be kept plugged in and contents kept warm, so late arrivals can still join in these festivities too. If you are arriving late and don't have time to fix a crock pot meal, how about bringing a dessert instead!
Also on Friday, we'll have the group room open all evening for those who would like to play cards, dominoes, etc. Bruce & Soon want to win back their nickels from Newton, so I am sure we can get a game of Blitz going. Very easy game to play, kind of like 21, only you try to get 31. Bring your nickels, it cost 15 cents to play a round. Lot's a of fun!
Tri-tip dinner on Saturday night!
We'll have one night of Bingo (Sat.) All those playing bingo need to bring one White Elephant each. For you newbies, an unwrapped white elephant is an unwanted used item in good condition. You know that ceramic doo-dad your Aunt Lilly gave you, that you don't care for. (PS We won't tell Aunt Lilly, wouldn't want to hurt her feelings). It's really true, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Sorry, nothing larger then a picnic table and no live items please.

SORRY NO PETS IN THE GROUP ROOM
Directions
NOTE: We are on the south shore of Lake San Antonio
Coming from the North
Take Highway 101 south to the Jolon Road exit (G-14). It’s just north of King City. Proceed south on Jolon Road for approximately 21 miles to the Interlake Road Intersection (the Lockwood Store will be on your left). Turn right onto Interlake Road (SAL South shore) and proceed for approximately 18 miles. Turn left onto San Antonio Road and proceed for 3 miles to the gate. It's approximately 45-minute drive from King City.
Note: we fuel up at the 1st Greenfield exit, there is a Shell station with gas & diesel and easy on and off the freeway. There is a gas station combo mini market when you first start down Jolon Road, not sure if the have diesel. The marina sells gas for a premium price at SAL! There is no place to get diesel nearby so make sure you have enough diesel when you leave the rally to go at least 30-40 miles.
Coming from the South
Take highway 101 north to Paso Robles, exit on 24th Street (G-14) and proceed approximately 7 miles. Note, this is a steep grade but very doable in an RV. Turn right on San Antonio Road and proceed approximately 7 miles to the gate entrance. It’s about a 45-minute drive from Paso Robles.
More directions from the South, as written by someone who takes this route. (Thank you Butterfly girl).

there is NO...NO..I repeat....NO exit 24 North Bound....look for the highway 41 exit..... then turn left (or West if you prefer)
At The Entrance Gate
If the Ranger is present, stop and tell him/her that you are with the RV.net rally and they will waive you on through. If no Ranger is present, go ahead and drive straight through.
The name of the campground is Redonda Vista area "E". It's the first right once you get into the park (about a mile in from the gate). Continue down through the campground about 1/4 and just after the bathroom/showers turn right and go up the hill to the Redonda Vista "E" campground. At the top of the hill take the first right, you'll see a big campground sign and the bathroom/showers. Our sites start (# 1) here as you travel up the hill. At the top of the hill you will see the group room building.

I just want to be the first to post...so there. Do we really have to keep filling out those forms? (As if I actually do it anyway) I'll put the third row of seats in the sammi, in case someone needs a ride to the "Eagles" tour.
Owners of Bob the Wonder Dog, and a bunch of other useless stuff.

You are really something JD. I thought I would be the first.

OK - JD, since I have your info from the past, you don't have to fill out the form. Anyone who completed the form for the SAL Sept. 2005 rally, does not have to fill out the form again.
Please be sure to call the number above to make your Eagle boat tour reservations, they fill up fast!
Sharon - I'll keep my fingers crossed, do you want me to add your name to the list now??
I'll figure out the price as soon as I get my contract from SAL, probably next week.
Judy you can count us 3 in... Not sure about "THE EAGLES" we just saw them at the San Andreas Fair Grounds.... Joe Walsh made the tour worth while....
If it Weren't for "Flashbacks" I wouldn't Have Any Memory At All If You Don't Stand Behind Our Troops Feel Free To Stand In Front Of Them 2008 Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 D/A Standard Bed 6' 6"

A countdown timer link has been added to cruzette's first post. I spiffed the counter up a bit complements of a picture of the lake posted by Party Crashers.
