We're right near you in Milford and were thinking of hitting some state parks this year. Got the list of "dog friendly" ones at the rv show. Looking for some local gems.
PS, thought that one shot was a bear cub walking up on your site! Sorry Gus!

We hit up Hickory Run twice last year with our PUP. Thinking about moving to a HTT, but love our PUP too.

Only 2 states? Quick, pack the trailer we have to CAMP!
Here is a picture of our campsite at the Branson KOA. This is a Luxury site that has patio sitting area with table, chairs, rocker, and firepit. We were in site 133 and all luxury sites are more than half off for January and February. This is by far one of the best KOAs and one of the best campgrounds in the Branson area.

This was the shakedown trip for our new Camplite. First time camping in a travel trailer (we normally tent camp), first time camping in winter. A 1500 watt fanless heater & a couple of down sleeping bags kept us warm.
The park was pretty quite. There were only a couple other sites occupied, and most of the campground facilities were closed for the winter. But the weather cooperated with a balmy 22F overnight low.
