Good morniing afob3, I would have loved to been able to get away for the weekend. Just something about being out there. Don't get me wrong we had a great Thanksgiving family gathering here yesterday,Sunday, but being out there would have been the icing on the cake.
Hope you had a good Thanksgiving.

Rosiclare, IL, city park at the edge of the Shawnee National Forest along the banks of the Ohio River. $20/night (although they never came to collect this winter weekend)
The city park contains about a dozen sites with gravel pads, electric and water, two public restroom buildings, boat ramps, shelters, playground. Quaint little town.
This site is in Bottomland RV camp and is site # 108. If going here, I highly recommend this site because it's right next to the lake and has the most space of any campsite at the park.

I'll be there 28th through new years in the uplands.
I live @ Hazelmere RV Park & Campground, just north of the border near Vancouver,B.C. This is one of the most beautiful parks I have stayed @ & that is about a dozen across Canada. I'd like to post a pic but there is no browse feature here as there is on other places such as profile. so I will place a linnk for you to see for yourselves. http://www.hazelmere.ca/ Cheers Angela
Welcome to the forum fysty 1. You are going to love it here. Some really nice and friendly people here with a lot of knowledge that they are willing to share. I will look up your campsite.
