We're "new" to the whole RV thing, bought the TT ('02 Sunline T2363, 24') a few months back. After some repair work on the unit, we have used it a couple times so far. Really enjoying it, actually more than we thought we would!

Welcome to the RV world. This is a great place to learn.

And BTW...We're just around the corner in Williamstown, Hi neighbor.

Thanks!

Nice to see some local people, going to have to pick some your brains on where you like to go!

Anyone know of any rallies or get togethers for NJ RVers in the next few months? We just came back from NH and looking to get on the road again.

Hey Paulie,
We are trying to get something together over the NJ teacher convention school break November 5 to the 9th. Here is a linkhttp://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/21844291.cfm

It looks like we will be going to Virginia Beachhttp://www.htpvabeach.com/index.htm

Heh Guys,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I haven't been checking the forum lately. Virginia Beach sounds good to us, especially since we are trying to limit our trips to a 1/2 tank of gas each way. I checked out that CG and it looks nice. The only thing that would hold us back is out babysitting duties for the grandchild. She is off from school that week too, but I doubt if we could take her away from her parents for that long. But that their problem. Let us know what you are planning.

Hi Guys,
I have a question for those who are at the shore right now. Tuesday is my birthday and it just so happens that I have a day off from work. We were so busy during the summer that we never had a chance to go down the shore. Can you believe it? Well anyway, just wondering what the general temps are there now. Is it worth it to go down to Sandy Hook - even just to make sand castles on the beach if the water is too cold? My kids don't swim in the ocean anyway. They just bogie board from shallow waves. Thanks for any help on this. It'll take me about an hour and half to get down there.

I would suggest Ocean Grove, for hanging out on the beach. The access to the beach is free, with free parking, and nice places to eat.

Is anyone planning on going on the lighthouse challenge this weekend? I'm curious.

Has anyone heard if there is going to be a Good Sam Rally in NJ in 2009?
