The newest and handiest 'gadget' I have bought is the Bissel 3 in 1 vacuum. It is really just a dust-buster with a detachable long handle and brush bar but it is a plug in, so it doesn't run out of juice. $19.99 at WM. I use it constantly.

PS: I love chit-chat.
Thanks for the info!!! We're just talking of buying something for our new (to us) rig. We'll look into it!

We use those plastic suction hooks outside out TT for wet swim suits and towels. The stick fine to the siding or window of the tt.

Aren't they great?? We use them for hanging bags for everyone to put their trash/soda cans in. When full, off to the CG trash they go. Good idea using them for towels! Thanx!

This is just to let you know, you weren't speaking for me. Somebody on here MAY have had a 'handy hint or gadget' to solve Bertnspike's problem. In addition there may have been a few others that could use the info too.

You could have said that to the poster in a private message instead of rudely blasting them publicly. Just sayin'...

WHEW...got that off my chest!

I think you have it backwards. if you want to chit chat send a private message.

When I come here to look for helpful hints I don't want read two pages of conversation about what someones dog did on their last trip. Its not a huge thing, it is just the courteous thing to do

your right in that not that many prople post here but 417,924 people have viewed this thread. Half a million people reading an extra 40 pages of personal conversation is a lot of wasted time.
Just saying, people should respect others time.

Newbies "Perdum" and "bofus":

There may be chit chat in any thread.

Just like the chit chat - some things in this one may not apply to your RV, maybe you have already "been there, done that", or whatever.

So learn to skip, skim over what doesn't apply, speed read -and- scroll to the next post!

If it *really* bothers you . . . . try some different forums, maybe life will be better there..

Geez, all I did was post a solution to a problem and ask if anyone had a better one.

What is all the noise about?

Post a solution to a problem or shut up! < solution to a problem.

As someone already suggested - try starting a new thread, with your question (including the brand of MH) in the appropriate forum.
Class A, Class C, etc.

It's guaranteed someone else has had the same problem and solved it.
By posting that way - you will reach a wider "audience" for your specific issue.

Good luck, and welcome to the forums.

The things that come to those that wait will be the crappy junk left by those that got there 1st.

Now this hint is a great one. Wish I'd thought of it instead of using bungees holding the trash/soda cans.

I'm glad to see that almost everyone is a "Happy Camper"
Here's to hoping we keep it that way!
I know my camper's happy. It cost enough to keep it that way, but----by golly, It's a "Happy Camper".
Thanks to all the Idea's from people like YOU!
