Seeing that there is not much of a choice for trip mapping and navigation for the MAC, is anyone running bootcamp with MS S and T? How is it working for you?

Not with Bootcamp but with Parallels. I use it all the time with Parallels, Windows XP, and S&T 2006. Works like a charm. And, since I'm running Parallels it runs in it's own OSX window! I haven't tried it with the GPS receiver yet. Also, keep in mind you'll need and Intel Mac to pull this off.

This may be an alternative to let you run a gps application natively under OSX.

For those of us running the outdated G4 & G5 chips, Google Maps is a nice alternative.
