Nice pics Bruce! Really enjoyed the narration. If you don't mind, post a couple of those snowy pics here Winter Camping Pics
I love seeing everyone's snowy pics.
Thanks, Spott. An excellent outing. Too bad about the antenna. I have removed the top rack on mine after ripping it off one too many times. Nice looking country.

Great pictures and beautiful rig. I spend a lot of time in that area fishing and floating the AuSable river between April to October.
Nice shots of your truck going through the snow and muddy two-tracks.....It's been said on this Forum that a dually can't do that !!
Well it must be our "high-traction" mud and snow...
Great pictures and store Bruce, my question, how do you get spott to pose so great for those photos, he's looking right at the camera, my dog's always looking the other way.

ya my truck is 4x4, 305/70/16 tires, and locking rear diff. awesome pics! my site is #93 enter park, pass camp store, right on paved rd b4 playground, bout 15 sites down, 4th red post. hope to see ya up there this summer, love guests. some great trails around there.
the sites on the water across from mine (#'s 92 and 94) are nice, very large sites with private sandy beach, good fishing, with water and electric. kinda pricey though $35 a night. they are the only sites you can reserve with a credit card over the phone, and the only water front sites with electric and water in the park. if you ever decide to come up, get a hold of me and ill give you a park pass to enter free, and you can park on my site if you like. glad ya had fun, its one of the most beautiful parts of michigan in the lower penninsula. the water was 74 degrees 4th of july last year, i love to swim and fish and jetski, hard to beat clean warm water. 20 miles of river between the 2 dams there. happy camping!
Great story and photos, Spott! I have never had the nerve to try that kind of remote, snowy terrain with my rig. Did you need to air down the tires to get through or was standard pressure with 4WD enough?

Great pics and writeup! Thanks Spott, looks like you had a great time! This really shows the abilities of a TC, imagine having a 40' DP and trying that..........
The guys that we stopped and talked to have fifth wheels and pull them down these roads. I couldn't believe it. Here they are at the end of a very tight road. They told us where they were camped in case we needed any help, we walked over just to say thanks and Hi but they were out and about.
