Have someone with an eye for detail and vehicle knowledge (mechanic if possible) to take a good look at it. I've seen more than one truck with a perfectly clean CarFax report that obviously had been damaged. With trucks used for work, accidents can occur on a job site that never reach the insurance/governmental folks. They get fixed, paid for "out of pocket" and can be poorly repaired.
