I like this old camper too. For a 1961 both the truck and camper appear to be in pretty good shape. I would really like to see inside this one.

What a great trailer. Any more pictures?

It's just my opinion but the new trailers have no personallity, if you've seen one you've seen them all.

The old TTs, just like older vehicles, have a style all their own.

I have to look through my box of old photos to see if I have any more.
I wish I had pictures of the interior but I don't think that I have any

This one was taken in the summer of 1976 in Grayling Michigan:

The tow vehicle was a 1966 Chrysler Newport.

The next picture was a year later also in Grayling but my father had the trailer painted by a friend of his that owned a collision shop.

We were now towing with a 1973 Chrysler Town & Country station wagon ( the Newport was stolen).

Cool picture. Looks like fun trailer. Is that an old Orange Crate Stingray bike? That's just as neat as the trailer.

Rubi, I'll have to dig into some of my old stuff tonight. I've got some pictures of the Tin Can Tourist show here in Milford MI a few summers ago. I plan to take ours this spring.

Here is my old wooden truck camper. This is what got me into camping/hunting. The whole back wall would open up too.

This is a neat old picture. Not sure where I got it.

Nope... That was a Huffy Heat Lightning 5 speed ( I think it might still be in the rafters of my Dad's garage).

Yeah, I didn't get a Schwinn either. I had a Sears Spider 500, 26" bike. It had some wild hanlde bars and multi color paint job. Long gone now. Neat stuff.

Road Ruler, thanks. Love the tow vehicle, probably had a 327. Love the mirrors too.

If you look you can see fender tags for the motor. I think they only did that for the SS option, could be a 406???

I'm was a musclehead before I became a RV'er.
