Here is a great Expenses spreadsheet by Bill & Pam. Don't forget there are multiple pages in this spreadsheet and you can tab through them at the bottom of the spreadsheet! A big thanks to Bill &Pam!
Any others care to post a link to their own checklists feel free to do so and contact DianneOK or PM me and I can put the link here in the opening post.

Hey Firedude, that looks great! I just couldn't see your expenses listed at the bottom. I didn't download it just asked it to run so I could take a look, will they show up if I download it? Thanks for all the work, good job!

Yours looks similar to ours - - I've broken out a few more categories, but generally it is the same. One thing I didn't see was license fees. I guess you could include them in the maintenance part.

Awesome ... a great help to those of us who are giving serious consideration to the F.T. RV lifestyle. I think we have about as much "stuff" as we need, so don't have to spend a lot to gear up for the road. That said, with the exception of fishing licenses, museum fees, and an occasional meal out, we don't live particularly high on the hog at home or on the road. Full time to us, would be about picking new places to stay and hang out without having to commit to buying a house everytime we find someplace we fall in love with. I figure your costs and lifestyle would be a lot like home was, sans the utilities, property taxes, etc., etc. On the road you're still going to cook, buy gas, spend some on repair and maintenance of your vehicles, pay vehicle and health insurance, etc. And of course space fees. But I doubt very much if road expenses would be exceed what our monthly expenses are here at home ...
Last year the people we met who were full-timing were having a ball, and some of 'em had been at it more than a few years.
So anyhoo -- thanks again. I love this forum. Has the greatest people!!!
Take care --
