Very nice! I like how you have it slides out. But, wouldn't the end cap pop off of your rear bumper? That's where I put mine and it works very well. Is there a particular reason why you are not using your rear bumper? The bumper is wher I have seen most people put their hose and that's where I have been told to place it by the dealer. Again, it does look like a real nice mod.

I used the bumper on our previous trailer, ended up with rust, and sliding the hose in and out contributed to holes in the hose, plus it's just big enough for the hose.
The fence post was strapped under the supports that are part of the bumper but extending perpendicular from the bumper-
I wanted to just strap it directly under the bumper, but the spare tire bracket would have prevented it from being flush against the bumper.
Here's a sketch, I'm not an artist but hopefully you get the idea.
I used 3 ties at each support, 2 crossed and one around the bumper and fence post cover, then strapped them together on the bottom (see one picture) so it cannot slide very far.
The gutter pieces can be used for double duty, the hose can sit in them while sliding the gutter in and out so the hose doesn't get extra wear, and the gutters can be used to support the hose when in use. At first I had cut a 10' into 6' and 4', then thought what if the 6' slid too far in I would have a hard time getting to it in an 8' tube, so went and bought another 10' and cut it as 8' and 2' (the fence post cover is 98"), so the 8' is the bottom one and the others inside. I added a couple of pulls via smaller straps, and also used them for a hinge. The bungee cord was part of a set where I have about 11 more in case one breaks.
This project may be a little overkill, but I think it will work just fine.
