As we sat with my bother and sister-in-law while they check RV's into their campground we all wonder why are these people bothering with the shower house when they have a bath in the multi dollar RVs.
They have paid lots of money for these couches and fivers why do the lug everything to the shower house? HUM?
I couldn't agree with you more. However I have full timer friends that like A LOT of water when they take showers and always stay next to the bath house. Ten gallons of hot water are not enough for them. For me, it is plenty. Beside my shower is a lot cleaner.

Yeah, I've had that same question for a couple years now. Seems funny that they can't find a way to take even a modified Navy shower...I enjoy my own shower (even if it is smallish) much more than a locker room shower, which many RV park shower rooms seem like.
There are many out there saving the bathroom for the next owner.

I use the shower in the MH, but every once in awhile if the CG has a nice bath house, I will use their shower because the pressure is better and I can take a longer shower than I can in the MH.
My DW and son always use the shower in our TT. But for me, being tall, I find it might be easier using the bathhouse. There is much more room to move around in the bathhouse. We've only had our TT for only a year now and I've never used the TT shower. I may eventually give it a try if the mood hits right.
I prefer to use the "shower house" if it is clean. My wife prefers to use the shower in the coach. To each their own. I use the shower in the coach when dry camping or just over-nighting at Wal-Mart etc. BUT, my preferance is still a larger shower if it is clean. I usually inspect the showers before registering at ANY private campground. It gives me a good idea about the campground in general.
