To show who is LEO, what about an asterick * before or after our site names, as an example, *Nvreloader or *Nvreloader*. If this info can be changed in our profiles?
Food for thought. Don.

If you want/need to change your user name, you would need to contact the forum. Probably would be easier adding or changing something to your profile that is seen under your user name.

I like the idea. I've got 4 months left in my career of 'servin and protectin'. Not sure I could be a 'real' club member though. Our RV/TT stays parked on our lot at the coast and has never been on a trip. Maybe retirement will change that. Gosh, all the things I'll miss. Bad coffee at 3:40 am, working nearly every holiday, being spit on and called names, seeing more interior anatomy than alot of doctors see, being called on to fix unfixable situations. I'll make out somehow.

They just have do do it in a more subtle form, but you can read it when they answer your post.

Well about this qualification thing. Although most of my career was spent in the logging industry. On the side I worked for 8 years as a volunteer Reserve Deputy reaching the rank of reserve Sergeant... We never had arresting powers but did have the badge gun and uniform and served as a back up.
My work load in logging became to much, so had to resign...Have always been a fan of LEO.. (Even while picking up a few speeding tickets, LOL).. I put our our Law Enforcement people (no matter what they do) in the same category as our Military.. Ya gotta love them.

When I camp I fly the Thin Blue Line Flag. Most people have no idea what it means and the ones who do usually stop by and say hello. I've camped with a club made up of cops and firefighters and they called themselves the "Guns & Hoses"
