We went to the Wandering Spirit RV Park at Grand Ronde this afternoon. They would be happy to have us and can handle 35 rigs. Their rec room is kind of small but they have another room connected to it that they can open up to give us more room.

Also stopped at Portland/Dayton RV Park and talked to them. They would also like to have us. They still don't have Wifi though.

I found another one that looks interesting, it is the Portland/Woodburn RV Park. I would appreciate it if everyone would go to their web site (www.woodburnrv.com) and do the virtual tour and let me know your thoughts about them. I think we're going to drive over there tomorrow and check it out.

I hate to do this but I have just taken the Rally 2008 out of my favorites and will no longer get the bell everytime someone posts. Too hard to download mail up there in the Yukon without all the posts from our rally. Sure would like someone to give me a dump every so often on what is going on. When I get back I will start catching up.
You know how it is, the rally is almost 12 months away and I am alrady get anxious for it.
BigDog, drive by my place once in awhile and see if my kid has cut the grass will you. Doubt if the grandson will so his dad will have too. Heck the daughter in law will probably do it, she is the hard worker in the group and always takes good care of our place when they live there.

Count Elsie and Bob in, we were some of the NUGs in '07, but really enjoyed the time with the group.

Like I said a whole page ago,we're in..
Looked at the Woodburn one and it's kinda far from McMinnville, but it's nice.. It's not too far from some other wineries and the Antique power museums, BUTTTTT !!!! It's in REALLY EASY walking distance from
one of the largest outlet malls in the state....I would siggest that we stay in the immediate area of MAC.. They sure have changed the air museum since I wuz there...
