Just wondering what kind of trailer tires you have and why or why not?

OEM tires = Goodyear "Marathon" S/T = 235/80R16 = 6 ply = 3000# @ 65PSI = load Range "D"

Present Tires = Powerking "Towmax" S/T = 235/80R16 = 10 ply = 3500$ @ 80 PSI = Load Range "E"

Goodyears were worn out and failing by 25K miles. I'd never have another set of them again!!!....................

Michelin XPS Ribs

Bought them a year ago from Discount Tire for $758.

We've put 17,000 miles on them so far--a trip to Arizona and one to Alaska. Very happy with them--haven't even had to add any more air. Paid Discount Tire $758 for set of 4.

Also added a SmarTire pressure and temperature monitoring system when the new tires were mounted. I'm very happy with this system; its temperature monitoring tipped me off to a brake problem before there was any damage--caliper on one wheel wasn't fully releasing.

B F Goodrich Commercial TA's. After 5 Mission and Milestar tire failures I had to do something else. Well pleased now. Also went from 15 inch to 16 inch while at it.
