what's your fave and why?
I have only been to 3 or 4 so far.
Bronte was nice but no lake.
Six Mile had too much noise from the highway but nice lake.
Pinery = great swimming

Most PP have prime sites. We scout the parks we visit and pick out the top 10 sites. Usually take a pic for future reference then reserve one of those sites down the road.

For us it is....

Kilarney... Canoeing, atmosphere, remote. quiet

Boneco..

Algonquin... (in the fall)

Killbear...

Awenda

Pinery... Look and find the good sites... (they are not found in Riverside)

McGreger... Well designed pull through sites

Airstreams.... the best towing trailers on the planet!

We love the Pinery. Will be there the 2nd weekend of June. The sunsets are gorgeous and I have to agree, the swimming is great.

Algonquin Park in the fall is breathtaking. We love to see the moose and other wildlife throughout the park and along the Highway.

Other campgrounds would include Port Burwell, Killbear, Awenda and really enjoyed Wheatley last fall. We do enjoy camping at the Provincial Parks and also the Conservation Campgrounds.

I stopped in at a KOA today in Milton!
what the heck is that all about? NO privacy at all and big time noise from the 401.

We like Algonquin in September to Thanksgiving weekend. The leaves can be breathtaking.

Tobermory has a private park called Lands End. It is the best in the area and has some nice sites. There is a National Park south of Tobermory at Lions Head. It is nice there.

We Like McGregor and the Pinery. Great sites. Great beaches. Lake Huron sunsets. We are going to try Killbear in Sept.. And don't forget the weekend before halloween at the Pinery. Great for the kids.
