I da' know what to say here. Rotton in ol' Mississippi or Demark? My rules/judgement or yours? It's all subjective. As for the picture, through the eyes of 74 years and a travel worn body, looks ok to yours truly.

which accomplishes nothing other than you loosing credibility. if you feel the need to "get in the face" of someone else, you've lost. If I'm a campground owner and you're in my face about my rules, I'm showin' you the road. Your RV has wheels for a reason, move on.
Quote: So, maybe RV'ers should engage CG owners and operators who have these kind of gutless policies, and perhaps start insisting to them that they actually engage in judgement. That they take ownership and personal responsibility. That perhaps they should stop listing to the lawyers, and actually "risk" making real judgements about what is and what is not acceptable. After all, it's never to late to hone one's decisionmaking and judgement capabilities...

From the picture, looks ok to me.
The stuff outside is to be expected from long termers with limited storage.
Too many people are impressed by appearences.
I know a guy, drives an old Dodge pickup lacking a rear fender, you would not want to camp next to him, looks down and out.
Only one problem, he could buy the CG, buy your house and still have change in his pocket.
If I owned a campground I would make all the rules, some you would like and some you wouldn't.
I'm sure I wouldn't allow generators or Jeeps regardless of how new they were.
You could cry and complain all you wanted and it wouldn't do you any good.
On edit, I don't think I would allow diesel trucks either.

That fifth wheel you posted doesn't look all that bad. But I would have few suggestions for that unit, as I could make it look far better in less than a day.
Take a beige canvass, (not a tarp, tarps are ugly) hang it around the overhang, and put the bike and loose objects out of sight. the overhang makes a great utility area.
It is amazing what a coat of paint would do for for that unit. it looks very solid and square. that broken window could also be fixed in 15 min.
I have no control over the action of those campers, but I wonder how many people just had a friendly talk with THEM before bi*ching to the management??? not one Ill bet.
I see clutter, where is the trash? did it blow away?
was this their primary residence or did you bother to ask?
I come from a rural area in Kentucky. We helped each other. it wouldn't have hurt anything to get some men together and paint that unit. It could have been done in an evening.
Perhaps I'm a relic, and helping your neighbor is an alien concept to some people. Give the people a hand up, not a hand-out.
Now let's see a picture of your rig and site. and just what prompted you to take that photo in the first place?
My opinion

What prompted me to take that picture was another topic on this forum. I don't mind giving people an "hand up". I've given a 5 year old car to a newly acquired friend only a very few years ago. If someone shows that they care, then I care. It's hard for you to think anything bad about the ones that camped in that camper because 1)you weren't there to have to put up with their garbage or 2)you might be able to relate since you might be that type person yourself. "Birds of a feather....."
There was a contract in place so that contract had to end before they could be evicted. I watched them, many times, stand outside talking on their cell phone, walking past paper cups or plate, or packaging that had blown from there garbage pile, or drive over that same trash for days. The management had to send someone over to that site to pick up junk so it would curb some of the complaining from the other campers, until the contract expired. Some times they would address the trash by kicking it to one side of the concrete pad. Now you say helping them out... That is BS when they don't care enough to even pick up a tin can that is laying around. You might go over and pick up their garbage while they are too lazy and sorry to do it themselves, but what does that accomplish? Do you think I'm going to a campground to be a sanitation engineer for all of the other campers. I did pick up several items that blew into my area. Wake up! Some people are just plain sorry and trashy. Some just don't care! Some will stop at a red light and empty their full ash tray, or throw out their McDonald's bag of trash into the road. Maybe you follow these people and stop and pick up after them. Not me. I'll call the cops and try to get them cited with a penalty for messing up this state and country. You keep being everyone's mommy or daddy. That action does nothing but encourage them to be trashier, since they know that someone will be coming behind them to clean up. I will not. If that does not put a goodie tag on me, then so be it. I'm an adult and I am responsible for my actions. Being poor has nothing to do with being trashy. I've seem many poor people that were very organized and clean. Trash is trash.
As far as my site goes... I don't have a recent pic of the site that I've been on for a year and a half now that is across from where that trash bunch was, but I'll take one this weekend and edit this post with it. You can see my rig in some of my previous posts if you search. My wife, daughter and I take pride in ourselves and our possessions.
I don't care how old someone's rig is. Some people just don't care about junk around it. No one in the world but them. Be careful about what you say about the junk around the camper. You might be the same ones that b***h about someone's loud music, kids running through your lot, televisions playing out while you are doing your "bird watching" or people getting drunk and talking and laughing louder than you think they should be. This is another form of aggrevation. It's just not happening to you at the time. There are many older campers in this campground, but they are still there because they care about how they look and they abide by the campground rules. Some don't care about rules at all.
I suppose it would be okay if you were swimming in the CG swimming pool and someone brought their old mangy, matted dog, covered with fleas and ticks, in and allowed it to jump in the pool? Would you just turn the other way, start playing with the dog, or get out and complain to the manager because they didn't care about anyone that was paying good money to enjoy the CG and the amenities?
tempola, you only have a few post on here so far (3), but I'll be watching your posts. I'll call you on every post that is complaining about someone else and/or their actions around you. You'll try not to post anything neg, but you will slip up at some time. I would like to see your rig (with you standing beside it). I've already let you know that you can see mind in previous posts. Maybe you'll be honest enough not to post a pic of you standing beside someone else's rig. Show us the real you!
This is my rig. Again, I'll post pics of it set up, just for you.

For the sake of orneriness, or better still just to be 'in your face', I submit there are about as many opinions out there as there are opiners'. Be the debate about God or drugs or she-itty arbitrary language censored by the brokers of approved articulated correctness, we are all subject to the golden rule ... it's my gold and I will make the rule. Absolute control is as delicious to the whimsical nature of the human beast as is the best single malt out there. And even though Pete hasn't made it yet, Mudville remains locked in its joyless morbid debate about where "joy" went.
Like a good book, the plot continues generation to generation seeking the meaning of life and truth while ignoring reality.
It's my money and I want it my way ... and NOW!
But I do love the duel.
SO, wannabe players in this poker game of life, don't cry because you can't afford to ante up. Just accept your inferior fate as a non player spectator who thrills at the masterful play of the chosen ones', and bask in the shade of their huge shadow. Just remember to mind your manners and be humble!
