I got this recipe off of recipezaar; I can't believe how easy and yummy it is! And I lightened it up, so it's not as "dangerous" as it sounds.
Caramel Apple Salad
4 large apples
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
1 1-oz. box sugar-free butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip (I used sugar-free)
Core and dice unpeeled apples. Combine in large bowl with undrained pineapple, pudding mix, and Cool Whip. Cover and store in fridge overnight for flavors to blend. Enjoy!

Sounds yummy. Can you make it a head of time or just before serving?? Do the apples turn brown?

I made it on Friday, ate it on Saturday - and the apples don't turn brown at all.

A recipe that makes you feel guilty but not too guilty and very easy to make
That one is going to hit my recipe book.

I made something similar a few weeks ago with instant lemon pudding, crushed pineapple (undrained) and cool whip. it was good. I'll give this a try. Thanks.

My DH loves butterscotch, so this sounds like a real keeper. I think I'll live "dangerous" and sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.

4 Snicker barss cut up
3/4 of 8 oz tub of cool whip
