Just wanted to say thank you all for coming to the Gathering. It was great meeting all the new folks that came. This one was very special to me. Due to the increase in Gas Prices we have cut our trips down tremendously and probably won't see many of you till next year.
We are contemplating trading and getting a pop-up to pull with my jeep.
Another great Gathering wraps up in the morning. We made some new friends that we hope to see in the future, and got to see some old friends as well.
Many thanks to Larry who spent the better part of two days on an installation project for me. My man Larry is a very patient man and a dear friend.
Thanks to all who traveled from near and far.
Special thanks to Robert, our host and the proprietor of the Gettysburg Campground. Robert and his family and staff were incredibly accomodating, and went out of their way to ensure everyone had a great camping experience.
We were given unlimited use of their beautiful indoor rec hall for our hot dog cookout last night, and also this evening for our potluck dinner.
We will definitely be back here in the future to camp with them here in Gettysburg.
