Parts: Outstanding - Very knowledgeable
Service: The Service Dept. handled the PDI, took 3 hours and they went through everything. Answered all the questions I had, demonstrated everything.

Sales: Misleading, misrepresented known history of the unit.
Service: There was none. No offers to make things right. Ignored all communications from me. Reported to the BBB, of which they are members. I though because they were a large dealer, that I could trust them. It has been a horrible experience. Here I am over a year later, still rebuilding and repairing the unit.
Value: I got ripped off.
Recommend: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have purchased a TT and 2 5th Wheels from Ranch RV in Alanson, MI and would highly recommend them. Our buying experience and service after the sale have both been excellent. Mark and Debbie have gone out of their way many times to help us out. We will definitly be going back to them for any future purchases.

Vacation Station in Corona California. I got a good deal and worked with me on my trade more than anybody else did. So sales was a good experience. I really can't comment on the service department. We found a service repair place closer to home that has taken care of all of our service and warranty needs.
