Sales: Okay (but after cutting deal: installed wrong brake controller; reneged on quoted prices for extras; had to be on our toes constantly)
Service:
1st time - Good (to get new faucet {cracked} & missing part overlooked during PDI ~ we agreed {insisted} to install)
2nd time - Poor (got run-around for replacement of $50. item a month out of warranty - Never rec'd ~ attitude was they could care less)
Value: Awesome (had to work hard for everything we got, but paid the price WE wanted and love the quality)
Recommend: NO!

Explore USA in Boerne Texas is probably the best dealership I personally have done business with. Betty and I are on our 5th RV! Many miles and many experiences have brought us this far and I wouldn't change anything! Stopped in and got a few bulbs for the lights in the Montana we owned and met a good man named David Bumpass. Funny name, but great to do business with. We traded and he helped along the whole way! Don't know how we went from getting bulbs to trading, but the selection was great and they discounted the **** out of the new Carriage Cameo we bought! We love IT and have had it for 2 years now! If anyone knows how to get scratches out of the Corian, please give me a tip. Oh, and I got a great book from David called the RV Buyer's guide. (Trailerlife). Happy trails and many happy s(miles).

Notes: Always a pleasure working with this family. I started in this forum with questions on how to react to their peculiar nature of doing business (the "boss" is in his twenties, but unbelievably knowledgable and ethical). I've sent friends there and try to stop in when in the area for coffee or a Coke. The father of the kid is semi-retired but still directs their service department. He's a real old-school kind of guy where its all business with no BS, but he's good at what he does and doesn't waste your time. I attended their company/family Christmas party last week at the Dad's very nice home where over 200 people attended. Most where long-standing customers like me now turned friends. Seem familiar? Not by me, but I sure do wish everything in business was like this!

Rick's RV in Joliet Il. Very good sales staff, Very good service. They came out to the campground 20 miles away to make some repairs,no charge. I've had several follow-up calls from my salesman and an e-mail. My next Jayco will be from Rick's.
