Has anyone stayed at this campground ? My wife and I are thinking about going up to this area sometime in September.

Any input would be appreciated

Hi AP!

We have stayed there. You can get an idea about it on www.rvparkreviews.com.

It is an ok place. Some sites are tight. There is a nice stream running throught the middle of the CG. They have a small lake that you can rent paddle boats. Good location for touring the area.

Enjoy your trip.

We stayed there in April 2006. It is a good spot for visiting Asheville and Biltmore. We did not use any of their facilities. They do have some fishing ponds. It is an easy off/on from the interstate. It served our purpose.

Have a great trip.

visited there last fall. its an ok campground. if you are there to tour biltmore house I would recommend rutledge lake in Fletcher which is very close to there and easy access to downtown and the parkway. also bear creek is close to everything. depends on what you want. i just wasn't impressed with the koa
