Jack & I had Bison/Buffalo for the first time, traveling to the Black Hills in a rented RV, an 'A', in the early 90's. After seeing 500 or so, signs for Wall Drug , we decided to stop. We all, (Jack & I and 2 teenage boys), experienced our first Buffalo Burger. It was really very good. We have eaten it since, here in the Southwest, and enjoy it!

Count us in for the BBEEQ also.
We were told by my non-camping brother that Niobrara is a great park. We're looking forward to it.

Sure, Sandy and I will try Bison or whatever for a BeeBeeQ. It will be fun having local fare.

Chino and I will be there too, don't know which site we are assigned to.
We would also be interested in a Buffalo BBQ. I've had it several times at Pow Wows, it's great when it's cooked properly.

Julie, Looks like you are in site 2 from what I show on the reservations sheet. Site 1 seems to NOT be one of us as it is only for 2 days. So it would be available for a BEE SOCIAL late arrival!
In looking at the sites available: Sites 48-52 and 76 are still available in the UPPER group and 55-68 are available on the lower group. See first post by Judy on this thread and my post there about five down for link to sites and reservations.
Hope this helps and lets others know what is presently available.Quote:

I looked at all the photos and did not see any pavilion or meeting place. Is there someplace for us to meet and get out of the rain if it happens? Also where will we have the BeeBeeQ?

That might be us in site 1, I only reserved a spot for 2 days. I have 2 new grandkids due right about then so we'll most likely head home early.

I am working on that. We will have a place. Just not sure how to work this out yet. Of course the weather IS going to be GREAT!
THE BEE SOCIAL will have a Special GTG place IF needed.
Thanks Julie for firming up the SITE 1 for us. So now we have SITE 2 added to the above open sites.
There will be more posted as the 219 days count down to a close with a GREAT BIG BEE SOCIAL GATHERING in NE NE starting! Just keep watching.
