Pulsar - we use Good Sam Club forum and are still having issues. When clicking on the link in email notifications, it says there is no such topic. Additionally, even though I can get to my forum, my profile name is nowhere to be found. Also, somehow our user name got changed from "Viajante" to "Viajante 1". Is this something technical support needed to do when they upgraded? Thanks, I know it's not easy working with an IT base this size.

I am no authority on the planning and implementation of the New Good Sam Club site. It would appear they want to provide more online services, with the Open Roads Forum as part of that. The Good Sam Club site requires a login and username to use the features. This forum requires a login and username. One would hope that the usernames from one would transfer to the other. It appears the implentation of that part has been a headache. I can guess that you got the "Viajante 1" by entering it in frustration after being told that you can't use "Viajante" because it is already in use. I have the same problem with my username. The problem is compliated by the fact that there were alread members of the Good Sam Club site that were not members of the Open Roads Forums. Thus, there really could be name conflicts. The technicians are aware of the issue, but have not solve it.
Being a moderator, I don't see the Notifiy Moderator link. Thus, I can't check that, but I'll report it.
One you start using the forum through the Good Sam portal, you will not find your username on any of the page (with one exception) nor will you find a logout. The two exceptions: one is your name will appear to the left of all of your posts. You can see that, as far as the forum is concerned, it is still "Viajante," assuming you login to the forum with that name.
There is another major issue, at least when I use the Good Sam portal, that makes it unusable for me. When a page is opened, it maintains the scroll position of the previous page. Thus, when I reach the bottom of a page and click on the "Next" link, the next page opens at the bottom.
Here is a post that contains links to all 8 portals to the Open Roads Forum.
I do not think the message (down for maintenance) is a portal issue as we get it regardless of the portal or browser used. Seems to be a forum issue or perhaps the site is doing just that, down for maintenance. We have been getting that error message for two days intermittently.
Another issue as of late seems to be the spell check feature, it comes up with a 404 file not found message when used.

It's kind of hit or miss now. Mostly miss, with the 'Down for maintenance' window still coming up.
It's been more than 28 hrs now and counting.
We'll see if this even posts.
I've been forced kicking and screaming to go to other web site forums in the interim (Oh no!)

I agree w/you... But people are typically fond of "it must be on your end" type of conclusions and/or questions. So, best to head 'em off with "Yes, I tried that."
