It's the worst it ever has been for me. A lot slower and I have gotten kicked off and had to refresh or try a new portal more today than ever before.

Still having slow loading and lots of "cannot connect to server requested" messages in Chelsea, AL. Maybe our air is too dry from the drought and won't conduct signals as well?

Well I cleaned everything out and it still didn't work, but I used another computer and was able to read my messages. Back to the drawing board. Thanks everyone.

You didn't confirm (or deny) that my starting assumption was correct: "I assume that when you go to you Inbox, the last message is from June 29th."

Such a page does not exist on an RV.Net server. The InBox view you see is created every time you click on the Private Messages link. That is why I guessed that you were loading a page that was cached on your computer.

Yes, when I go to the inbox the last message is from June 29th. Also when I go to the forum, the last postings are from that date also. I deleted all the caches, history, cookies using my Norton program and was still having problems.

Well now I feel really silly. I cleaned everything out except my old private messages. Once I did that, I actually had room for some new ones. The only thing that baffles me is why could I see them using another computer. But no matter, things are okay for now.

When you are on another computer, things that are in caches, temporary files, or etc. on your other computer are no longer available. As I said, there is no page stored on RV.Net that contains all of the PMs since 6/29. The Inbox presentation will either be created as new, or displayed as something that is stored on your computer.
