Can't agree more.

Unfortunately, most of the folks down here with nasty attitudes moved here from somewhere else. Go figure.

As a RV lot owner on the Atlantic Ocean in Ft. Pierce, I happy that my site stays rented from November thru May. Summer weekly rentals are becomming more popular. Marinas and CG's in FL continue to be sold for condo development. I don't see a bright future for coastal camping.......

Hmmm. the above post got me to thinking....

After doing the math, I can rent out my RV lot between Naples and Fort Myers, go to Texas for the winter, and pocket an extra $1200. Yes, I did figure the cost of fuel into the equation.
