I think I should have doubled this. My family wanted more. My son thinks a little cheese sprinkled on top of this would be good.
Enjoy! Debbie

Make one similar to this but put pork and beans on top instead of the green beans. Will have to try this with the green beans.

Deb, I made your original beef bean skillet this weekend and used the diced baby canned potatoes. Of course it turned out excellent. The second day I had the last bowl of leftovers for lunch and threw some fritos on it. That was yummy too.

Yum, Debbie. The "Beefy Bean Skillet" was so good, I bet this one will be as delicious. We'll give it a try.

Debbie,

Your recipes are so good. I wish I lived next door to you. You would find me sitting at your door looking like a lost dog with that "feed me look". There is something about that blue plate that is so appealing.

Thanks for all your recipes.

Super_Dave, I have never used canned potatoes. I bet it made for a real quick dinner to put together. The Fritos I'm not so sure about. Debbie

Bearnkat, Oh yes... If you liked that recipe you will love this one. I guarantee it. Enjoy! Debbie

Lol...GailS, Thank you so much for the kind words. I think the blue plate fits the camping theme pretty good. Debbie

Okay, maybe you'd prefer Lays. LOL. I thought the idea of some crunch was a nice add but obviously not necessary. Since I'm replying on the "bake" recipe, maybe a crunchy bread crumb topping?
