Bruce, I agree. Several very powerful performances tonight. I think Ramielle and Jason are in the bottom 3. Can't decide about Jacuzzi or whatever. Kristy saved her bacon with her song choice.

Margaritas? Did someone say MARGARITAS????!!!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!

Vicki - Glad y'all are gonna be our neighbors You have a Margarita MACHINE?! You're my HERO!!!!!!!!! Between your husband, and Chris, we should be able to light up the night with our campfires! LOL! We'll just have to remember to put the awnings in, so they don't melt - LOL! Oh, and we keep the ice machine running pretty much all the time, not to worry. I think the camp store sells ice, as well, but it has never been a problem in the past, except last year at Elk Neck, when we ATTEMPTED to make homemade ice cream in 100 degree weather, with like 98% humidity, and failed miserably

Bruce - Yes, Chris and I have agreed that our NEXT house will be on a few acres, and we'll have a MUCH bigger garage for the toys Just waiting to hit the lottery, now

Larry - 10 YEARS of screw sorting BOY, that's kinda stringing it along, don't you think! LOL! Linda lets you get away with that?! Poor Chris is going to go off on a mission sometime this summer, and come home to a clean AND organized garage - hee! hee! Well, at least that's what I keep threatening him with. Honestly, aside from sweeping it out good, when I can't stand it any longer (and there's a trail of sawdust from the door through the house to the family room), I don't mess with stuff in there very often. Heck, even when I sweep, I make SURE to sift through the piles, lest I throw away some itsy, bitsy, but VERY important doo-flingy! He laughs at me when I come running in with my little handful of odds-n-ends, asking "is THIS important"? LOL! Oh well, better safe than sorry

5 more nights of work, for me, then, off for NINE days! Margaritaville, here I come!

Vicki - This gathering is the "kick-off" trip that starts camping season for most of us, though some lucky people have already gotten out a few times. Since it's a fairly short gathering, and just a small group of folks, there's not many planned events, other than LOTS of R&R, campfires and socializing

Tony & Maria have volunteered to cook a pancake breakfast on Sat. a.m. (I think), and I believe we're all going to the infamous Shady Maple Buffet for dinner on Saturday night - MMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!! If you've never been to Shady Maple, let me warn you, it's more food than you can imagine, and everything there is DELICIOUS, so you may not eat for a week afterwards - LOL!

Larry - I guess you should post the "rules" again, for the newbies - LOL!

I think some of us may try to check out a mud sale while we're in the area, and there's LOTS of great little Amish places to shop, if you're into that.

April 5
Wakefield Annual Spring Mud Sale
8 a.m., Robert Fulton Fire Company, 2271 Robert Fulton Hwy., Peach Bottom. 717-548-2483
Quilts, crafts, horses, lumber & building supplies, shrubbery, miscellaneous items and lots of homemade food.

As for the rice pudding, that's Larry's favorite, and several people make it. We've learned that with this bunch, you'll NEVER have a lack of food or drink... or smiles... or hugs.... or laughter... or entertainment It's hard to describe, but once you do a rally or gathering, you'll be hooked, I promise!

Other than that, just lots of socializing, campfires, R&R, and catching up with old friends and making new ones

Can't wait to meet you!

Morning everyone! Pulling the coach out of 'storage' this weekend and getting some stuff done. Have to pull the H2O pump out and replace it with a spare I have in the garage...the variable speed sensor is shot so have to send it back under warranty...do a bit of housecleaning inside ( Ris, interested in coming down for the weekend?? ) and repack what I took out when we moved into the house (finally!!)...otherwise we'll be ready to roll....

Oh yeah, and have to wash and wax er' for the big weekend!!

Other than that...it's HUMPDAY...YEAH!

Have a great day all....

We were planning on bringing the RV home this weekend from storage and got a nice surprise yesterday...we should be parking it on its new driveway! They're going to put it in on Friday, perfect timing.

Well I'm here sitting in the Chemo chair again.. This is an all day event. I'm trying to get next weeks session moved from Wed to Tue and if they can do it we will arrive on Wed. Not sure if they can move me up a day or not yet but if not then we will be there on Thursday.

Bruce & Larry, we agree with your take on Idol last night. David Cook can just start the solo tour anytime...he's a winner.
