We have a Crossroads Paradise Pointe that we have had for four years. It has been a good rig and Crossroads did a good job providing the little service that we needed while the rig was still under warranty. I would definitely but another but I think we are still good for another four or five years at least.

We had a Sunnybrook TT and now a 2005 Cruiser CF29CK. We are very satisfied with our Cruiser and have had no problems except for the guy who pulled his TT across the nose of ours while trying to park next to us. Can't fault Crossroads for that!

Like many in this thread, we started with TT's. We spent all last fall looking at every brand of 5'er we could find in northeastern Illinois. When we found the Cruiser cf30sk we knew it was what we wanted. The local dealer didn't have one so arranged for us to visit the factory and look at on before we finalized our order. Once we saw it, especially the wife, that was it. We got it last December and spent two months, Feb. and Mar., in it on the Gulf Coast of Alabama. No problems at all. Will spend three months on the Gulf Coast this winter. Best unit we have seen, especially for the money. I think you will have to look long and hard to beat this company's product.

We have had our 29RK for 3 years now and still love it. Just got back from a 1300 mile round trip with it.

As far as CR restricting membership to the forum, I don't think that is happening at all. I would give them a call or email them.

I have been impressed by the positive comments here and on the Crossroads forum. I don't live too close to a Cruiser dealer but in speaking with the factory they have stated they will allow an owner to go to an non-Crossroads dealer for repairs.

This is a big plus in my book as I'm not familiar with other brands that will honor their warranty that way. I would be interested to hear from CC owners that have actually done this.

Also, they are one of the only 5W, multislide trailers which have a height under 12', Great profile for a reasonably light weight trailer. Non-offensive or busy graphics (no offense Wildcat owners). Build quality leaves a little to be desired, but hey, this ain't a $50K trailer.

We have twice used a non Crossroads repair "facility". The first time it was just that... We had some minor problems and there was a rv repair at the storage we lot where we kept our 5er and he said it was a dream working with Crossroads. Now we are in a seasonal site and had a problem and we called a Mobile Rv repair...we had to pay for him to come out but he billed Crossroads for repair and parts. He said Crossroads is ez to work with and timely with payment.

I agree with the others! Crossroads is a great company to do business with. We have had our CF28RL since August 2004. It has been a great unit. We are VERY satisfied, and find we like it a little more each time we camp.

after a lot of searching and comparing, we concluded that Crossroads hit a "sweet spot" with respect to price, quality and options. We got a front bunks model (CF31QB) after comparing it to identical floor plans and almost equally priced untis by Wildcat and Laredo.
Here is what we found: Cruiuser is full aluminum cage (lighter), the other two are wood on the top and bottom. Cruiser has bigger tanks ( 58 fresh vs 43 etc), better insulation ( fiberglass vs. block foam), optional upgraded insulation and optional dual pane windows that the other two do not offer. Essentially, if you compare it to the competition it is build not like a mid 20K unit but more like mid 30K unit ( Silverback, for example), and still priced in the mid 20s. Add superior support on top of that and that should answer your question.
