Cincinatti zoo is just across the river from Covington KY where the vent museum is located. Paramount Kings Island on 71 North of Cinci, lots of very interesting caves on I-65 just north of Bowling Green KY. eg. Cave City, Horse Cave, Mamouth Cave National Park. All worth a visit.
Are you a vent? If so will you bring your little partner? I haven't done any in 30 years. 'Tiny' might be a bit rusty... I know I am.

The National Corvette Museum is in Bowling Green KY.
I'm going to pick up a few quart size bottles of beer today and a few pint bottles of whiskey to walk around the campground with...

Today was the get ready day. First I changed the Onan generator oil. Then I took the B out to top off the diesel and the propane. Stopped off and washed the B at a self-wash place and then came home and flushed the water tanks with bleach and then topped them off. Then I went out and bought a 24 can case of Leinenkugel's Original Lager. That should get me to Scenic View.

I'm getting ready too. Must admit, trying to wash and wax van to show off. I'm on the road and can't find a ladder to get to the top. Maybe no one will notice. Shhhh it's a secret.
Got questions for some of you about 'How you do that'. Will be in the area by Tuesday. Looks like on and off rain. So we can stay still and drink and eat and be merry.

B's are so much fun - easy to stop and park to see the sights.
See ya' at the rally!
The Kentucky Derby has a really nice museum. Not real big but nice to visit. In Louisville by the Horse track.

We're lunching at Nick's Kitchen in Huntington, IN on Thursday 4 hours away so we could arrive that day or putz around in Cincinnati where we both graduated from the University of Cincinnati. We haven't decided yet. It may come down to whether friends we know are there or their other home on the New Jersey shore. After Scenic View we are heading for the Washington DC area and then back to Indianapolis for the Indy 500 race. Then we have to high tail it to Niobrara for the mini rally. We will probably touch home for a day or two in Minnesota before Niobrara. After all that we get to start our summer project, laying 630 square feet of imported Italian porcelain tiles throughout the main floor in our house. We did 80 sf in remodeling our kitchen so are now pumped up to do more. That probably will take at least 3 weeks then we will be itching to hit the road again. During that period in June I will be taking an earthen outdoor oven course which may inspire another project for wood fired pizza and bread making.
