As far as the date goes, it has not been confirmed yet. We are trying to get the weekend of May 23rd but if that's not ok with the owners, then it will be May 16th. I will confirm the date as soon as I hear from the folks at Scenic View.

Davydd, I'm glad to hear you like it there at Scenic View.

Isnt May 23 the Memorial Day weekend? I thought it was to be the weekend before the Memorial Day weekend?

OK, the weekend of May 16th has been booked for the B5 rally. Scenic View is also setting aside Thursday May 15th for early arrivals.

Rodger, please change the subject heading to read: B5 Rally - May 16, 2008

The 23rd is Memorial day weekend.

Wow! You put me in a panic there. Memorial Day weekend would have been a no go for me. Besides, there would be no way since that will really be their first full weekend of campers. It would not be good business to turn away annual visitors to a one time crowd. They will love having us the week before because if it is anything like this week after Labor Day (not many campers) it will be pure gravy for them.

We are now in Midland, Michigan. I have about 50 pictures of the campgrounds that I will try to get posted in a photo gallery as soon as possible and you will see how many campers were there--not many the day after Labor Day which is why I think we will be more than welcome the week before Memorial Day. Except for a couple maybe they don't seem to have permanent campers like Raccoon Holler. To accommodate us all with 61 electrical sites we may be spread out all over the grounds instead of concentrated like at Raccoon Holler especially if people want to grab the more choice sites.
