Mission Tires Load range "D" ST225/75R15
Right at 2 years old maybe 3000+- miles on them.
checked air night before trip noticed something odd when I set up camp 300 miles away.
blew out one tire within 20 miles of campsite on return trip home.
went to replace two and found 3 of 4 bad with thread separation on two unblown up ones. Lucky to have gotten home with out another blow out. Tire Dealer said real lucky.
On a 2006 Keystone Cougar 301BHS TT, CAT scaled at 8400lbs.

Try a "Tires" search on the Travel Trailer Forum.
Usually (mostly?) lighter trailers - ALSO reporting failures, re-calls, etc.
Think the tire sizes you have seen here (previously) is because this
thread was (only) on the 5th wheel forum.
[Those are sizes commonly found on 5ers]
IMO - failures have nothing to do with size -
-ALL- to do with "country of origin" [where mfg].

My Mission Tires blew out in the first 500 miles or so. During the first trip. The Dealer, Keystone, or Mission tires would not do anything about it. This stinks!!
Been running Michelins on almost everything I own, never had a blowout yet. The fronts on the MH have run over 29,000 miles and are running an overweight condition according to Michelins chart by about 1000#'s on the rt front.
Did have a blowout on a GoodYear on the Jeep, 245/70 X 15. Don't remember which model it was.

( my $0.02 Tires that sit on ground, loaded, will fail due to belt separation as they flex and stress due to constant load on one spot. If you dont drive at least every 2 weeks, jack and raise your rig off the ground, tires off the ground or the tires will fail. It doesn't matter what brand, where made. Sitting equals death. My experience)
