Someone on here ran a circuit that could be built and installed accross house batteries that was visible from outside the rig to monitor the batter charge levels. Does anyone still have it?

Thanks

I use a four (4) place voltmeter sticky-taped onto the dash of my Class C.

Since this meter measures to 1/100 of a volt, it exactly tells you when your batteries are, say, up past 12.7V - unlike the usual three (3) place 1/10 volt meters where you're not sure where your battery is within the entire range of 12.65V to 12.75V when the 1/10 volt meter reads "12.7V" .... a big difference in battery state of charge between 12.65V and 12.75V.

I just look in the cab window of my rig anytime to see what this meter is reading.

If you want to build your own check this schematic by Jan Hamer.

Or you could buy one of these from ebay & a long cord...
